Posisi : Teknisi Engineering (beverage processing)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Melakukan kegiatan pemeliharan , korektif, preventif, dan prediktif sesuai jadwal atau perintah kerja yang di terima dari leader untuk memastikan proses produksi yang optimal dengan memiliki kualitas mesin yang baik
Kualifikasi:
  • SMK Teknik Mesin, Mekatronika, Teknik Otomasi Industri dsb
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Teknisi pada perusahaan minuman AMDK/RTD/Minuman bersoda
  • Pernah melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin sidel / krones
  • Bersedia bekerja 3 shift (Pagi, Sore, Malam)
  • Bersedia penempatan pabrik Nabati Majalengka

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As the HCBP IR Manager, you will be responsible for:

1.      Maintain good industrial and employee relationship within company with good work planning

2.      Ensure company’s policy comply to government regulation (ex. PP/PKB, etc.)

3.      Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

4.      Define the business process improvement for industrial relationship and standardization

5.      Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-termination.

6.      Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.

7.      Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations

8.      Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

9.      Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

10.  Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

The qualifications for our HCBP IR Manager are:

1.      Bachelor degree in Law or Human Resources is a plus

2.      Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Compliance or Industrial Relations

3.      Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

4.      Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.

5.      Excellent knowledge in labor law, and keep up-to-date with the government regulations.

6.      Good analytical and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

7.      Ability to work under pressure

8.      BNSP Certification on Industrial Relationship or HC Manager will be advantage

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major. - Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the FMCG industry or Logistics. - Preferably specialized in Land Transport & Warehouse Management or equivalent. - Required Skill(s): Negotiation, Sourcing Vendor, Ms. Excel, and SAP. - Willing to be placed in Bandung

SAP

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the FMCG industry or Logistics.
